Basement Waterproof Coatings
施工顺序：基层处理 涂刷底层涂料 涂布第一道涂膜防水层 涂布面涂膜防水层 质量检查验收合格 进行下道工序卷材施工。
Construction sequence: Base treatment, brushing the bottom coating, coating the first film waterproof layer, coating the surface waterproof layer quality inspection and acceptance of qualified coil construction in the next process.
施工前应检查，基层要坚实具有一定强度，表面无浮土砂粒等污染物。基层应干燥，含水率应少于9%为宜。
Before construction, it should be checked that the base should be firm and have certain strength, and the surface should be free of pollutants such as floating soil and sand grains. The base should be dry and the moisture content should be less than 9%.
涂布顺序应先垂直面，后水平面，先阴阳角及细部后大面每层涂布方向应顺直。
The coating sequence should be vertical first, then horizontal. The direction of each coating layer should be straight from the Yin-Yang angle and the detail to the large surface.
三元乙丙防水卷材施工工艺及方法
Construction Technology and Method of EPDM Waterproof Roll Material
在防水涂料施工完成最后一道涂膜固化干燥后，方可进行卷材施工。特别强调是防水卷材直接在防水涂料层施工，其粘接材料必须是卷材与防水涂料之间相容、配套的专用粘接剂，胶粘带、密封材料等进行卷材接缝的处理，胶粘剂的剥离强度浸水168h后，其保持率应大于70%，否则不允许采用。
The coil construction can be carried out only after the last film solidification and drying is completed in the waterproof coating construction. Special emphasis is laid on the construction of waterproof membrane directly in waterproof coating layer. The adhesive material must be compatible and matching special adhesive between membrane and waterproof coating. Adhesive tape and sealing material should be used to treat the joint of membrane. After the peeling strength of adhesive is soaked in water for 168 hours, its retention rate should be more than 70%, otherwise it is not allowed to use.

The special adhesive for base course of waterproofing treatment of pile head in complex parts is used to lay the joint of EPDM coil and the waterproofing protective layer for end treatment.
B、桩头防水处理：
B. Pile head waterproofing treatment:
桩头钢筋用止水带密封，桩伸入承台为50㎜，桩头防水作法按陕02J10页24节点①施工，桩顶及桩外150㎜一圈做2㎜厚防水涂料，桩顶及桩外300㎜一圈用防水砂浆压实抹光，卷材与桩一周接缝处用聚氨脂封闭严实。
The reinforcing steel bar at the pile head is sealed with water stop belt, the pile extends into the cap for 50 feet, and the waterproofing method at the pile head is constructed according to Shaanxi 02J10 page 24 joints. The top and outside of the pile are 150 feet in a circle to make 2 feet thick waterproof paint. The top and outside of the pile are compacted and polished with waterproof mortar, and the joint between the rolled material and the pile is sealed tightly with polyurethane resin.

Coil laying
⑴、卷材及基层涂胶基本干燥后（手触不粘一般15～20min即可铺贴，此为满铺粘法搭接宽度100㎜，接茬错开250㎜。
(1) After the coil and base coating are basically dried (the hand touch is not sticky, usually 15-20 minutes can be laid, this is 100 feet of overlap width for full-pavement bonding method, and the stubble is staggered 250 feet.
⑵、铺贴前，必须弹线（拉线）控制，地下室底板各桩间要提前计算好卷材尺寸，保证铺贴严实。并每隔1米对准标准线将卷材粘接一下，每铺完一张卷材立即用干净而松软的长把涂刷用力滚压一遍，以排除粘接层之间的空气。排除空气后，用压辊沿粘接面用力滚压。
(2) Before laying, the elastic wire (pull wire) must be controlled, and the size of coil should be calculated in advance between the piles of the basement floor to ensure the strict laying. Align the coil to the standard line every 1 metre, and roll the coil with a long, clean and soft brush to remove the air between the bonding layers immediately after each coil is laid. After the air is removed, the pressure roll is used to roll along the bonding surface.
卷材搭接接缝及收头必须以专用的接缝胶粘剂及密封膏进行处理。
The lap seam and end of coil must be treated with special seam adhesive and sealant.
卷材防水层经检查质量合格后，即可做保护层，保护层采用C20细石砼，厚度50㎜，浇筑细石砼时不得损坏防水卷材层。
The coil waterproof layer can be used as a protective layer after the quality is qualified. The protective layer is made of C20 fine stone concrete with a thickness of 50_. When pouring fine stone concrete, the waterproof coil layer must not be damaged.
