基层处理→聚氨脂防水层施工→闭水试验→保护层施工→炉渣找坡层→找平层施工→SBS防水卷材施工→苯板保温层施工→刚性层施工。

3、基层处理

(1)出屋面管道、烟道、落水口等安装完成,并采用细石混凝土吊洞;女儿墙等出屋面墙体应在防水完成高度处留出泛水槽。完成后对屋面结构板进行24小时闭水;如发现混凝土结构有裂缝,应对裂缝进行修补。

4、聚氨脂防水涂料

5、闭水试验

JS完成后,应闭水24小时,检查防水质量。如出现漏水,应修补后方可隐蔽。

6、按图纸设计要求做1:3水泥砂浆20 mm 厚JS防水保护层、炉渣找坡层及找平层,找平层表面应压光。平立面交接处、转折处、阴阳角、管根等均应做成均匀一致、平整光滑的圆角,圆弧半径不小于50mm。

7、涂刷冷底子油

8、SBS卷材附加层

平立面交接处、转折处、阴阳角处,需设置500 mm宽附加层卷材,平立面平均展开。

9、SBS卷材大面施工
9, SBS large surface construction
(1)卷材厚度3mm,采用热熔法施工,与基层满粘。

(2)SBS卷材长边短边搭接长度均为不小于100mm,搭接范围必须焊接牢固,接口应溢出热熔的沥青,并将接口封死。

(3)卷材上口必须全部收入泛水槽内,并固定牢固,采用油膏封闭。泛水槽最低不得低于屋面完成后最高处以上250mm。落水口部位应做特殊处理。
