Waterproof coating
防水涂料有薄质涂料和厚质涂料之分，薄质涂料主要是高聚物改性沥青防水涂料和合成高分子防水涂料，厚质涂料主要是沥青基涂料。按其形态又可分为溶剂型、反应型和水乳型三类。
The waterproof coating can be divided into thin coating and thick coating. The thin coating is mainly high polymer modified asphalt waterproof coating and synthetic polymer waterproof coating, and the thick coating is mainly asphalt based coating. According to their morphology, they can be divided into solvent type, reactive type and water emulsion type.
溶剂型涂料成膜迅速，但易燃、有毒。
Solvent based coatings form film rapidly, but they are flammable and toxic.
反应型涂料是由两个组分构成，涂料成膜时体积不收缩，但配制须精确。
The reactive coating is composed of two components. The volume of the coating does not shrink when the film is formed, but the preparation must be accurate.
水乳型涂料可在较潮湿的基面上施工，但粘结力较差，且低温时成膜困难。
The water emulsion coating can be applied on the wet base surface, but the adhesion is poor and the film formation is difficult at low temperature.

是以合成橡胶或合成树脂为成膜物质，配制成的反应型、水乳型或溶剂型防水涂料，具有高弹性、防水性、耐久性和优良的耐高低温性能。常见的有聚胺脂防水涂料、丙烯酸防水涂料、有机硅防水涂料。
It is a reactive, water emulsion or solvent type waterproof coating prepared with synthetic rubber or synthetic resin as film-forming material. It has high elasticity, water resistance, durability and excellent high and low temperature resistance. Common are polyurethane waterproof coating, acrylic waterproof coating, silicone waterproof coating.

Polymer modified asphalt waterproof coating
是以沥青为基料、用高分子聚合物进行改性配制成的水乳型或溶剂型防水涂料，其柔韧性、抗裂性、强度、耐高低温性能及寿命均有较大改善，常见的有氯丁橡胶改性沥青涂料、SBS改性沥青涂料、APP改性沥青涂料、再生橡胶改性沥青涂料、PVC改性煤焦油涂料。
It is a kind of water emulsion or solvent type waterproof coating prepared with asphalt as base material and modified by high molecular polymer. Its flexibility, crack resistance, strength, high and low temperature resistance and service life are greatly improved. The common ones are chloroprene rubber modified asphalt coating, SBS modified asphalt coating, APP modified asphalt coating, reclaimed rubber modified asphalt coating, PVC modified coal tar coating.
