防水基层要求：在防水施工前要做好墙体、地面的基层处理，要确保基层表面坚实、无开裂、粉化、脱皮、起鼓等现象。同时基层表面必须清洁、无灰尘、脱膜剂等影响涂料粘结的任何杂物污迹。
Requirements for waterproof base: before waterproof construction, the base treatment of wall and ground should be done well, and the surface of base course should be solid without cracking, powdering, peeling and bulging. At the same time, the surface of the base course must be clean and free of dust, film remover and other impurities that affect the adhesion of the coating.
基层处理方法：一般先仔细清扫基面去除浮尘，并去除水泥结块和松动基层;对管根、排水孔、阴阳角、墙面水电改后留下的空洞等部位进行特殊处理，阴阳角处应抹成圆弧形(或V字型)。不平、开裂的部分，需要重新修复，并找平。
