一、工艺流程

平屋面SBS卷材防水与聚氨脂涂膜组合防水层施工。

2、工艺流程
2. Process flow
基层处理→聚氨脂防水层施工→闭水试验→保护层施工→炉渣找坡层→找平层施工→SBS防水卷材施工→苯板保温层施工→刚性层施工。
The construction of grass-roots treatment, polyurethane waterproof layer construction, closed water test, protection layer construction, slag finding slope layer, leveling layer construction, SBS waterproof roll construction, benzene plate insulation layer construction, and rigid layer construction.
3、基层处理
3. Grass-roots processing
（1）出屋面管道、烟道、落水口等安装完成，并采用细石混凝土吊洞；女儿墙等出屋面墙体应在防水完成高度处留出泛水槽。完成后对屋流水槽钢模具 不锈钢铸件 扭王字块模具 井盖钢模具 标志桩模具 调匝式消弧线圈 风冷控制柜 烤漆龙骨面结构板进行24小时闭水；如发现混凝土结构有裂缝，应对裂缝进行修补。
(1) the installation of roofing pipe, flue, water drop port and so on, and fine stone concrete hanging holes; the wall of the parapet wall should be left out of the water tank at the completion height of the waterproof. After completion, the roof structure panel will be closed for 24 hours. If cracks are found in the concrete structure, cracks should be repaired.
