基层处理→聚氨脂防水层施工→闭水试验→保护层施工→炉渣找坡层→找平层施工→SBS防水卷材施工→苯板保温层施工→刚性层施工。

3、基层处理

（1）出屋面管道、烟道、落水口等安装完成，并采用细石混凝土吊洞；女儿墙等出屋面墙体应在防水完成高度处留出泛水槽。完成后对屋面结构板进行24小时闭水；如发现混凝土结构有裂缝，应对裂缝进行修补。

4、聚氨脂防水涂料

5、闭水试验

6、按图纸设计要求做1:3水泥砂浆20 mm 厚JS防水保护层、炉渣找坡层及找平层，找平层表面应压光。平立面交接处、转折处、阴阳角、管根等均应做成均匀一致、平整光滑的圆角，圆弧半径不小于50mm。

平立面交接处、转折处、阴阳角处，需设置500 mm宽附加层卷材，平立面平均展开。
