传统的防水典型作法是三毡四油，已被淘汰。防水材料已发生了很大变化.

一是沥青基防水材料已向橡胶基、树脂基和高聚物改性沥青发展;

二是油毡的胎体由纸胎向玻纤胎或化纤胎方面发展;

三是密封材料和防水涂料由低塑性向高弹性、高耐久性方向发展;

一、水性涂料发展概况我国防水涂料的研制和应用始于60年代，早期曾以各种化工下脚料为原料研制产品，如苯乙烯焦油防水涂料、“6511”轻屋盖防水涂料、乳化沥青防水涂料等，均因质量性能不稳定而停止发展。在同一时期，我国对于以高聚物改善石油沥青配置防水涂料方面，弈进行了较大量的工作。60年代中期出现了氯丁橡胶--沥青防水涂料，70年代初期出现了再生橡胶--沥青防水涂料，并在工程上获得较成功的应用。1974年国家建委在江苏镇江召开了全国首次屋面防水涂料技术讨论会，对我国防水涂料作了一次历史性的总结，对再生橡胶--沥青防水涂料等品种作了鉴定和推荐。
1、 The development and application of water-based coatings in China began in the 1960s. In the early days, various chemical waste materials were used as raw materials to develop products, such as styrene tar waterproof coatings, "6511" light roof waterproof coatings, emulsified asphalt waterproof coatings, etc., but their development stopped due to unstable quality and performance. During the same period, China carried out a considerable amount of work on improving the waterproof coating of petroleum asphalt with high polymers. In the mid-1960s, chloroprene rubber asphalt waterproof coatings emerged, and in the early 1970s, recycled rubber asphalt waterproof coatings emerged, which were successfully applied in engineering. In 1974, the National Construction Commission held the first national seminar on roof waterproof coating technology in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu, China. A historic summary was made on waterproof coatings in China, and varieties such as recycled rubber asphalt waterproof coatings were identified and recommended.
